RAFFAELE CAPUANO is an online store based in Capri, Italy, selling wearables and bedside clocks that keep a schedule visible. We started because we were tired of buying electronics that looked good in photographs and disappointed in use, and we decided to keep our range short enough that we could check every single unit ourselves.
Our shelves hold two kinds of product and no filler. Each one is opened, set up and tested in Capri before it is packed: smart watches, fitness bands and alarm clocks. If something fails that check — a scale that reads differently twice in a row, a switch that has lost its click, a speaker that distorts — it does not go out to a customer. When an item does not meet the standard, we would rather drop it from the catalogue than explain it away.
We are a small operation, and that is deliberate. Orders placed before the end of a working day are usually packed the next morning and leave Capri within 1–3 business days, with tracking. We write our own product descriptions, we answer our own email in English, and if you ask which of two models suits you better, you get an answer rather than a link.
Returns are simple: 30 days from delivery on unused items, plus the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for EU customers. If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph; if it never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected date and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
